Overcharged for my dstv subscription

Hi i am Thulani Shongwe and on dstv access package. On the 25 April 2025 i paid R164.52 which includes reconnection. Now when i try to pay for May, the balance is R561, of which i have never upgraded my package, i then logged in to my dstv account where i saw a lot of transactions that happened on the 25 April. Now dstv is disconnected because of thi huge amount that i cannot afford. I am very disappointed, please resolve the matter
