Overcharged for a system error
The rewards story is all lies, so I'm expected to pay R2344 for a mistake caused by their system. I won a free package upgrade on the Spin The Wheel nonsense and now they tell me the system credited me twice hence I'm expected to pay that much. How on earth am I responsible for your mistake? I always pay according to what's on my app and when I saw that I have credit obviously I didn't pay now you tell me it's my fault your system credited me???? What the hell is that? Please fix this so I can pay my normal monthly amount and I know I'm not the only one who was ******, I have screenshots of other people who were also overcharged. Y'all are ****** in the name of watching tv.
