Overcharged dstv

Hi I'm so disappointed wth dstv after being their customer for years ND years I had financial issues ND never pay for my decoder for tht month ND they eventually close it ND they was electricity issue where by we stayed 9 months without electricity I cnt pay dstv on tht condition now my electric is back wen I check my balance it's say R999.45 wen I ask cause my subscription is for dstv compact how did I get into this amount they told me it was insurance wen I emailed the insurance they minus R100 ND something then they told me their charges is only tht amount then the rest is for my subscription I got confused on dstv u dnt pay u dnt watch they told me tht if I'm not gonna pay for tht month I should call them but from wen people call cause If u dnt pay u don't watch for tht month so they double charged me for the month I didn't watch dstv now I hv to pay double the amount for something I didn't watch guys becareful of dstv they are now robbing us day light I'm not gonna pay tht R889.45 for wat I'm out on dstv pls watch out guys dstv is now a ****.
