Overcharged Dstv
Good day. I have such a problem with Dstv every 3rd month they tell me I owe them or I shortpaid or I paid late which is all lies.i called on Thursday 12th October my account was showing r200 payment on the Whatsapp and after I cancelled showmax which is on my account and I could never log in as it showed error my account showed r671.00 today it's r761.00 when I enquire I'm given the Same stories how is it possible as I am on a family package and I pay through Dstv pay now. So how can I short pay .someone fix this because it is tryy redixulous. Ref nr ***6. I'd ***

15 Oct 2023, 12:09I am not happy with the outcome of Dstv. They reversed the so called price log amount of R180 and charged me a brought forward amount of R121.31 that I do not understand and spoke to 3 consultants who just tells me I short paid now. How can I when I pay from their Whatsapp .This is daylight *******. They keep trying to find a way to get me to pay more. Seriously dstv I got r40 of from you guys because I'm a pensioner now you saying I shortpaid for couple of months. What lies.

Only and stop adding amount to my account I'm a pensioner and you want to robb me from the pennies I'm getting shame on you.
