Overcharged by DStv (multichoice) South africa

I'm defeated when it comes to DStv, they are doing everything to make profit at our expense. Since March 2022 I am upraded to premium when I contact them they downgrade me leaving me to pay extra 200 or 100 for their error. Every month I pay more than 250 but I'm on access which is 120. I asked them to block the DStv app which they claim I use to upgrade , I don't even have an account on DStv self service. Please help me.
