Overcharged and no service!!!!!!!

I am extremely unhappy with DSTV, I made payment on my account wit the amount given to me by the DSTV agent and as per the SMS received from DSTV.

Called DSTV to reconnect my services they cannot because as per DSTV there is still an amount owing on my account which is not possible because the agent confirmed with me that I have been double charged for Months and they need to remove the invoices but they cannot do that.

I spend more than 1 hour with DSTV on the line with now joy, payment made and still no DSTV viewing.

DSTV charge me R99.00 a month for the ultra decoder and pricelock which I app**** for in August 2021 but up to today now decoder and no installation.

EXTREMLY UNHAPPY!!!!!!
