Overcharged Again!!! Rude Agents Again!!!

DSTV have now overcharged me the 3rd month in a row and again the agent I had to deal with (Vongani with no surname) was rude. Ever since my first encounter since installing I've had problems and I've complaint on Twitter, Facebook and Hello Peter for my voice to be heard and still they just don't care. I hope they get competition soon!!!
