Overcharged again
We had a response from Multi choice on the 22/12 with reference *** and 2 credits had been promised and we only received the one of 6013.73 on the 23/12.The other amount of 4524.00 we did not receive. NOW WE GOT THE LATEST INVOICE AND THAT FOR THE AMOUT OF R 8165.00 . WE ONLY HAVE THE HOTEL PACKAGE AND ONE ADDITIONAL CHANNEL. WE ARE HIGHLY DISSAPOINTED IN THEM AND WE FEEL BEING ******. WE KINDLY INSIST TO GET IT SETTLED IMMEDIALELY AND -- WE WILL NOT LEAVE THE MATTER UNTILL WE ARE SATISFY.
