OVERCHARGED ACCOUNT

i have requested an account update with multichoice. upon taking out a price lock im now begin billed more than the required amount every week my account gets suspended for amounts payble.

i would like to know where all this extra amounts are coming from each and every week.

im aware of my price lock price and aswell as my subscription for channels
