Overcharged
The end of March I took out a contract that was on special for R599 and have regretted ever since. The end of April I was debited the amount that should have come off instead of credited. End May sorted and end June was charged my original R644 which I had been paying prior to March. Many phone calls later and promises to get back to me no one has. Querying through messenger all I got was you must pay R644. On numerous times I have told many different people to listen to the recording and nooooooo they don't. So right now this pensioner has signed up for 2 years for no reason as the discount is not mine.
