Overcharged
I have been overcharged for the November and December. No one at the call centre is willing to assist me. Yesterday I called and Nkosindiphile refused to assist me and eventually dropped the call on me. I have been sending messages via Facebook messenger but it's falling into deaf ears.
I have a contract for R499 per month, for some reason I'm being charged R629 and no one can ell me why.
