Overcharged

How is it that I owe R1280. 31 while I'm on Compact Plus? It's been 2 months since my TV has stopped playing, due to an overcharged bill that dstv put on my account. I got disconnected because I am not willing to pay for a premium that I won on their spin the wheel promotion.

I have tried to call and email them million times but no response. I am sick of this bad service and horrible experience. DSTV(Multichoice) you are losing a loyal customer and surely my family will follow as I tell them how horrible you are.
