Overcharged

I signed up in December for a lock subscription of 750 per month my account was debited with 1040 the first month I called them and was told that I would be credited with the overdue amount since then my account has been no less than 900 every month when you call you spend over 50 on airtime trying to solve the problem and it just doesn't get sorted out
