Overcharged

I have been using easyview which is less than 40 bucks a month,i upgraded to Access on 18/10/2019 but when i check my balace it says i owe R197.I wa charged a full month instead of being charged pro rata.I tried calling dstv but they still cant help me.My ID ***.
