overcharged

I signed up for a 2 year contract on the explorer for R959, why am I being over charged ? Aug was R984, and now Sep 1128 I need this to be sorted out ASAP, u guys r ripping clients off, I need my refund, I know what I signed up for, that was logged 26 Sep, i was called back and promised a refund, im still waiting, i have send numerous email and no1 is getting back to me. Im not the only client being over charged, u guys promise refunds but nothing is being done......
