Overcharged
On 25 November I made a payment of R125 and then I upgraded to Compact plus from Compact but yet there is a balance of R568 that I need to pay. There has been an increase of about R320 after the initial payment and so I have no idea why I am charged so much. And also, when I check my payment transactions, none of the payments that I had made shows up.
It looks like you guys are back to your old tricks again! Please tell me how the current balance is at R568 and why it is so much when I only chose to upgrade and why my previous payments are not showing on the website.
