Overcharged

I paid my normal compact money and my dercorder was fine until month end where it was cut off i called and they told my i must pay extra money and i did and i was reconnected.. Yesterday i came from work and my decorder was switched off again... Tried calling i was on hold and spoke to almost 10 different people.. The amount of airtime i spent was unbelievable and no help was received.
