Overcharged

I'm on a Premium month to month contract which is supposed to be "R809". When I took the contact I also added the insurance for my decoder, which I cancelled last year April and multi***&&&nChoice did send me the confirmation email. I was not even aware they are still deducting the insurance from my account as I get debited every month. This month they debited R1,063.84 from my account. I checked the statements and I see every month there's re-connection fee yet I have never been late for payments; my DSTV has never needed re-connection. I called the F***$# customer care and I get this idiot who 1. is so unprofessional, giggling with her colleagues while on the phone with me. 2 She made me hold for 7 minutes while "She's checking what is wrong with my account". I guess it's gonna be a court battle as to why they are still deducting insurance money which I cancelled last year already.
