OVERCHARGE FROM SHOWMAX - MULTICHOICE
I was charged twice yesterday for my subscription on my Visa card. I went onto Live Chat and for 1 hour spoke to Danisile, who first of all could not fund the payment and then after I sent her a screenshot of my account history told me that she would request a refund. She then came back to say that it would take the accounts team 7 to 14 WORKING days so 2 to 3 weeks to refund my card. So in this 3 weeks Multichoice you are earning interest on funds you were never entitled to. Danisile also refused to get a supervisor to help me and said someone would email me. Still waiting. POOR SERVICE SHOWMAX AND MULTICHOICE!!!!

We tried to contact you on the number *** but we could not get hold of you.
With the provided DStv account details, we picked up two accounts, one for Mr. Sarel Van Der Merwe and another one for Mrs. HSC Swanepoel. We could not see double payments on both accounts.
Kindly send a PDF type proof of payment for these specific payments to *** so that our finance team can assist with tracing the payments.
