Overcharge& ********** account opened under my name. 3rd review& still NO RESOLUTION!!

I still have not received any phone call from a multichoice representative confirming whether the ********** account under my name has been removed. As suspected& as i stated in my reviews multichoice is still over charging my account which leads me to believe that i'm still paying someone elses account. Yesterday i received an sms saying that i owe R917. i'm on pricelock& dstv compact plus with extra view. i was told that i would be expected to pay the amount of R648 monthly, now that including the R126 i apparently owe goes to R774. i would like to know where multichoice is getting R917 from. Can someone please explain this to me. I also am still waiting for a call about the ********** account one of their agents opened under my name, Someone needs to be held accountable for this.
