Overcharge customer being ignored
6 months ago I called DSTV Multichoice to inform them that they are overcharging me R35 each month for the same BoxOffice movie. The movie fee was settled the first time. Each month I am being charged R 35 for this and paying it each month.
They said this would be investigated and fixed, still nothing.
This must be fixed and my account credited!!!
