Overcharge cannot be explained

It is extremely disappointing to deal with Multi-choice I spoke to a consultant by the name of Paul Miya he could not give any solution, to make it worse his manager Pinky Cele is not able to phone me regarding the Overcharge on my account. This proves to the fact that they are more interested in my money and not actually providing good service
