Overcharge and no refund or credit
DSTV debited my account with R2 797 instead of R949, and after numerous calls to their call centre and numerous people telling me they can see the error and that they will come back to me I just do not hear anything from them. And then everytime I call again I have to explain from the beginning what's going on. I ask to speak to the same person I spoke to earlier but that is never possible. They overcharged me almost R2000 and do not want to refund me

R2797 was deducted from my account instead of R939
I was refunded R857
Which means DSTV still owe me R1001
