Overcharge after Watsapp Upgrade

Overcharge after Watsapp Upgrade Your service on watsapp is not effective. I did an updgrade on the 26th of October and received a reply stating that i would be paying R818.67 on my next billing date. My payment is via debit order. Today i receive a message to say that my DSTV has been stopped and I must R349.67 to reconnect. Whats going on here? The watsapp message said nothing of this sort? please fix this urgently. I have been holding on to the line for more than 25 minutes trying to fix this issue. I have been an timeous paying customer via debit order and will not be paying R349.67 for a system you set up that is not working properly. I am still holding on whilst typing this to you and its now going to close to 30 minutes . A little on and the agent cut my call. Nice one DSTV!
