Overcharge

Why am I being charged over monthly for a thing that doesn't exist and and your so called agent are unable to resolve it? I have a decoder that damaged in 2020 but monthly without fails a being charged for it and i have to waste my own money calling you to remove the bill,again you do debit monthly with that overcharge? Whats happening at multchoice? ***-i507 zokhanya couldn't even explain my statement and the issue rised was not resolved. Had again Nhlanhla Zondi last night and still the issue is not resolved
