Overcharge

I have a monthly debit order in place with multichoice and have now discovered that DSTV has been overcharging me for a couple of months during 2015. I raised a complaint with one of their service agents and was requested to send monthly statements through to an agent, who will have to forward this to their billing department to reconcile my account before any refunds will be made. According to the agent, on their side my monthly debit order is listed as R779.00 per month, that no insurance is reflected on their side and that is what I should be charged.<br> According to my bank statements, I am being charged various amounts, some months are R 869 and some months are R839.<br> I have had to go to the trouble of requesting my statements and feel that a reputable institution like Multichoice should ensure that their debit order run in properly administered. I cannot afford to be overcharged on a monthly basis. I expect to be reimbursed soonest.<br>
