Overcharge
I called on 17 July 2015 around 09h18 and spoke to Nomsa. My compalint was additional R80.00 charged for May and June which I didn't actived dual view. Nomsa assured me that Journal credit was requested and my account will be credited with R160.00 and debit due for 28 July will be R159.00. Yesterday my account was debited with R351.00 Can somone investigate and advise.
