Overbilling by Multichoice - refund not received

I was over billed by Multi Choice on 2 Sept - R1324 instead of R904. I phoned their call centre on 25 Sept at 13:04 and spoke to Mbali Mbaza - she promised feedback in 24 hours. I heard nothing. Ref No 810 088-C1. I phoned again on 30 Sept at 15:04. I spoke to Tertia Knoetze. She gave me ref no I70 and cust ref no 810 088. She promised feedback the next day. I heard nothing.

Are Multi-choice planning on refunding me - or just keeping my money?
