Overbilling - August 2015 DSTV Ref ***9-I6

I sms'd DSTV to take advantage of the Explora deal they had on offer for R799 in March/April 2015.

They initially sent my order to the incorrect address, but they rectified this by dispatching a unit to my address.

I have not as yet installed the decoder as I am struggling to find an affordable installer. The Explora is still in the box.

Upon taking this contract with Multichoice, the call centre agent assured me that I will not be billed for my new Explora contract and my existing service (overbilled) and this was true for the last three months

My normal monthly subscription over the last 4 months are as follows:
1 April (R779 subs and R27 for Box Office)
1 May (R930-80 subs which includes the arrears subscription from when the new Explora deal was activated and the few days the old package was active and the and R27 for Box office)
1 June (R878 subs)
1 July (R878 Subscription)

On the 1st Aug 2015 i was billed R2069, which is clearly incorrect based on the pattern following me entering into the Explora agreement in April.

I have spoken with 5 different agents and i have received 5 different responses. All i want is to be refunded for the overbilled figure ASAP!
