Over deduction for no reason
<p>I was over charged by a huge amount on a fixed contract (price lock premium) of the debt order was R440 over the fixed amount which is breach of contract and is ********. There are no other existing accounts and the smart card was only activated in the middle of the month.</p> <p> </p> <p>Very bad service </p>

Upon checking your account, you were billed the pro rata balance plus the forward billing (R959.00). You're subscribed to the Premium package with recording functionality on contract for R959.00. The payment date for your DStv account is on the 02nd of every month.
The Price Lock account was activated on the 05 May 2017 and R317.91 was transferred on 06 May 2017 from the Residential account. This balance was not sufficient for the Premium service till 01 July 2017. For this reason we had to bill R1399.80 for your Price Lock account.
The next debit order deduction is R1078.00 due by 02 July 2017. This balance includes R119.00 which is an overdue.
