Over debit my account worse service

Worse service ever they over debit my account and when you phone To ask why ? They tell you the price lock department has no phone number!!!! How can you have a whole subscription but customers can’t contact them only email how the hell does 1 run a business like this. I’m Going to reverse every debit order until this is fixed or I will cancel it and move to Netflix
