Over debit

MultiChoice have been over billing me by R150 pm for the last 7 months. 6 Sep 2018 I enter price lock agreement for R749 pm over 24 months. To date they have been debiting R899 pm. I have contacted them many times and keep being told price lock dept will phone me, well this never happens. Please repay my money, this is my last request before I go to NCCSA.
