Over charging of subscription

You guys have been charging me R829 every month when i signed up for a streaming package at R699. I have contacted you guys 3 times now, every single time the consultant says please hold while i check and puts me on hold for over 20 mins untill i drop the call. Is this a gimick by you guys to keep over charging people because no one is going to hold for so long and waste their airtime so you guys continue over charging.? Not once did anyone call me back!
