Over charging customers !!!!!

What bad services !!!! In Oct my OLD price lock plan for R899.00 ended and I called and canceled it on the 25 Oct thereafter i took another price lock for 919 and 79 . this month i am still getting charged for the old one ...... WHY !!!!!! I called it so many time plus fb message yourll it been over a week i revise the debit as well . Everytime i called in you say the price lock department need to call me ..... the finally did today saying the cant help me i need to call the call center !!! *** !!!!!

I am not making any payment unit the old price lock is canceled it should have been cancelled in oct so i only should pay for 919 + 79 but i made a 1150 payment last month so for this month it should be less
