Over charging and no service

Deducts R5111. 46 from my account. Dstv sais that nothing shows on their side. After 2 days connection was disabled. After several calls today, still no dstv. Payments were deducted on 1st of Dec, 1 Jan and 5then 5111.46 on 2 feb. After enquiring my account balance they said I owe R7000. Dstv is full of useless employees with bad attitudes. They will also become bankrupt soon. I am taking my business somewhere else.
