OVER CHARGING

I have been overcharged since this year started .whenever I call and ask how did they get to that high amount they name things I never even requested them to add on my package . I usually pay +-700 a month which is an explorer and extra view with a funeral cover but this month they charged me R1751.00 ,how did we even get to that amount? I called this morning and their customer care consultant(sindisiwe) gave me an attitude when I tried getting to the bottom of this they told me dstv charges double when u didn’t pay the previous month to my surprise my I did pay my dstv last month so why charge double when I payed for the last month ,their consultants don’t even have answers for the questions we ask …….dstv services are bad
