over charges

i have a very bad experience with dstv where in august 27 they debited R633 from my account for the viewing of July then month end September I paid R650 cash cause I didn't have fund on my account, on the 3 of October I got an sms that they didn't get R 644 in my account cause didn't have no funds I didn't have a problem cause I knew I paid it cash.

now for the past few week I have being experiencing a problem where by will wake up with my dstv off I will call them and they will re-connect it back last day was Saturday 13/10/2018 where thy also reconnect it on Monday I receive an email that I need to pay R361.99 for prorate I called them to explain the lady said it was a mistake they will reverse the amount and I was only owing R63.00 for paying later. then this morning the 18/10/2018 my dstv is disconnected again this time when I call they tell me is cause it shows that I didn't pay the amount for August and September that on their system is shows that the money was reversed on the 3rd of October.

my question to them was how can money for August be reversed at month end of September R633.00 that they said I paid then reverse it after a month how is that possible and the Gu Pule Klass said on his system it doesn't show any updates that the other consultant made regarding my complains that I need to pay R 718 but today them pay another amount month end October.

my problems is how can dstv allow me to watch dstv for free the whole month of September even add extra free channels on my dstv if I didn't pay buy month end August then they only realizing that now and went and debit two amount on my account, and arccoding to my knowledge you can make a payment at pep or pick n pay that does not go with what they are seing on the system cause if I was owing R633 and R644 when I went to pay they will have told me to pay R1277 for my dstv an since when does dstv make separate deduction cause when you a owing money they add them together then debit it.

kindly assist me with this deal I am frustrated.
