over charged in explora 799 deal
in march I signed up for the R799 explora deal that includes the explora and all access fees, no increment for 24 months. <br> <br> in march I was billed R830 and in April R980. <br> <br> I called dstv, spoke to monique jones who said she will escalate it, and I will then be called back. <br> <br> 2 days passed no call.<br> <br> called again during this week, spoke to a gentlemen named brain, who also said he will escalate it, but till now I have received no call. <br> <br> if this is not resolved within the next 5 days I will have no option, but to Instruct my lawyers to deal with this matter.
