Over charged for subscription
I downgraded my package to Acess before end of the month, November, however the self service payment was definitely not for Acess package. The package is R99, why did I pay 512.84? This must be rectified asap. I was overcharged. I downgraded because I can't afford the Compact anymore, Why am I still paying so much?
