Dstv promised to call, still waiting for them and my issue of overcharge has not been resolved

21 Jun 2020, 12:41How many weeks does it take to resolve a simple issue? I'm disappointed. I called several times and used around R50 to R100 because you hold for a long time. I also sent an email to their website. Please just make it easy and refund the amount which was over charged
