OVER CHARGED
I have cancelled 2 of my decoders and its insurance last month to my suprise I got an SMS saying that I owe R709 how did it come to that amount with 1 decoder on Compact plus? The call center has confirmed and assured me that all the decoders are cancelled now I have to pay for what I didn't use I have also cancelled the insurance again today I hope it went through this time......Please do your work properly your service sucks
