Over charged by Dstv

I recently bought new decoder to replace the damaged one which was disconnected. To my surprise I just received sms say (Feel every moment with DStv! To stay connected, please pay R163.23 before 31/05 using ref. no ***0. To pay: payat.io/dstv/***0. or dial *120*68584#) My bouquet is R110 why do you charge me more. The new decoder that I bought is for my house in Limpopo and I haven't travelled due to lockdown to connect it so why do I have to pay for something that I did not use. I went to their social media page Facebook to ask but the person I spoke to seem not to know their story... Please stop over charging me. This happens for the second time please fix your things I can't manage to pay double of my usual in this lockdown. BMT wàs the one I was chatting to.
