Over charged

I was moving and did not pay for July and paid end of July for August. I paid my monthly fee with the reconnection fee and was still disconnected. When enquired, they are still charging me for when it was disconnected. The person on the other line could not even explain to me why. I hope that someone can call me on *** to explain why am I being over charged. Just remember MultiChoice everything has an expiry date
