OVER CHARGED!!!

Made various calls to DSTV and spoke to a clueless rude NOMATHEMBA MAGUGU(shouldn't even be on the phones!!!) as I've been over billed and they keep disconnecting my services... I've made 2payments and need to make another payment midmonth and still must pay again on the 2nd of November. I only have 2decoders(explora) 1 is on access 2 is on Compact. I've paid already R600 and I must still pay R275 today 24/10/2019 then on the 02/11/2019 my normal pay day I must still pay. How pathetic!!!
