OVER CHARGED AND OVER BILLED REDICULOUSE EXPLANATION - WORST SERVICE EVER!

A few months back, I missed a payment on my DSTV account and stopped paying for MY multi-choice services for a few months (| due to personal reasons), and when I decided to reconnect the service, I was asked to pay the connection fee + package fees, and moving forward, I will then pay for my package fee only. However, when I checked the breakdown of my bill now, it displayed = package fee + Interest charged for the overdue amount. The Multichoice consultant talked about the bad debt written off amount. To my surprise, the Multi-Choice can now affect my ITC record. What happened to pay for the service month to month, and only be liable for paying the connection fee if payment was not made on time, now Multi Choice also charges interest should you miss payment.
