Over charged and disconnected for 3 months

We have the pricelock package however we are billed much more than we've signed for. When we call we told that they have a system error and we have to pay reconnection fees. We have been disconnected as we speak and we getting no joy or assistance from dstv. I feel that they are so unprofessional and I don't want to continue with this deal any longer
