Over charged and be told I have 2 Decorders while I have 1

This is the second time I have this issue with DSTV they over charging me and when I am I am told I have 2 recorders only have 1 recorder at my house. I fixed this in February after I complained on hello Peter had a call from finance department March I paid R399 on compact now I am iam requires to pay R598.50.

Can this be sorted out please I am getting tired of it.
