Over charged

Hi There

On the 14th of July I contacted DSTV to open a new account and advised that the debit order payment should go off on the 29th July monthly, then I notify them that I will call again onces the Installation is done because I stay in complex that use the communal ariel. The guys from my complex came on 25 July to connect me to the ariel and then on same day I contacted Multichioce to activate my services. The services were indeed activated on 25 july with the assistace from consultant, however she advise me that I have been billed from 14 July so amount due for debit order was R434. So I contacted Multichoice again on 28 July assisted by Sydwell and he confirmed that I was charged that amount, so he advised that because it was a day befoe d/o i should let it go through then reverse it then pay amount due from 25 July of R362. Debit order didnt go through i followe up on 3rd August lady I spoke to promised that they will sort it out & get someone to call me issue has been escalated but no one has conctacted me. Yesterday 06 August my services were cut off but now I have given them authority to debit my account and they didnt so who's fault is it?
