over charged

I was called by Tercia Laban on the 12/09/2017 advising me about the expiry of the price plan and that i can renew it for another 24mnths. She went through everything but did not mention that i will charged pro-rata and that the contract starts effectively immediately. I receive an sms from by bank that a debit order of R1061.81 which i wasnt made aware of and did not budget for. I am not happy on how DSTV has conducted business because thats the first thing that i should have been expalined because it will affect my pocket.
