Over charge on explora promo deal

I have recently subscribed to the R799 explora promotional deal. In April I was billed a pro-rata fee which was fine, however my bill for the month of May is R878. I called to query this amount as to my <br> understanding and this was also explained to me by the call centre personnel with whom I subscribed for this deal, the amount of R799/per month is inclusive of the actual explora hardware, a monthly dstv premium <br> subscription including all access fees and has no annual price increases for a period of 24 months on debit order. The person whom I had spoken to yesterday said that there is now a charge of R99 for hardware added <br> Which I did not consent to nor was I informed of this amount and as far as I know hardware refers to the explora and this is included in the R799 . She had no other answers for me and said that she will hand it over to another department who will contact me today. I've not been contacted yet.
